Honey harvested in the Pyrenees zones. Of an amber colour with red streaks, herbaceous aromas and acidic hints, it is ideal with cold dressings, pasta, wild mushrooms and the great cheeses of mountainous origin.
rosemary flower dominates. It has a sweet taste sometimes with light acid notes, which makes it the perfect complement to match salads, dairy products, infusions, squid, cod and lamb.
