Before Brox one could only get meat stocks which cooked generally for 3 hours in order to conserve the flavor of the ingredients in the stock. There was simply no real bone broth available. We cook the bones from grass-fed organic beef or free-range organic chicken, or bones from venison, 18 hours for you. The result is a delicious, nutrient-rich and soothing broth. During the long cooking time, all the nutrients that the animal stored inside its bones are being simmered out of them and conserved in the broth. Especially, the collagens.
