PASTA, PESTO AND OLIVE OILS FROM ITALY WITH MAMMA´S SEAL OF QUALITY
Nobody is a better cook than "Mamma". This dawned quite painfully on Mauricio Floccari and Cemal Cattaneo when working life forced them to leave home. In order to retrieve their childhood´s cuisine the two Swiss-born Italians gave up their careers to produce pastas, pestos and olive oils according to their mothers recipes: Only prime ingredients, traditional preparation and lots of love. And it is a matter of honour to them that none of their products leaves home without the Mammas approval.
