Our new chilli con quinoa is a vegan chilli consisting of kidney beans, corn, tomatoes and quinoa and fits perfectly into the range of variegated stews from Reichenhof. A little coriander, chilli, garlic and roast onions provide the stew with good seasoning and a rather mild pepperiness. Quinoa is rich in high-quality vitamins and minerals and also a superb plant-based protein. Thanks to its many good ingredients, the chilli keeps you full for a long time and is nonetheless a light meal, which is on the table within five minutes – heated up in a saucepan or the microwave. Perfectly suitable for the lunch break or as a simple evening meal. For everybody who like things uncomplicated but do not constantly wish to discard their conscious nutrition for this.
