Bioitalia Aglianico and Falanghina come from Samnium hills, located in Southern Italy. They are made with grapes grown on sandy clay fields at 300 m (1,000 feet), which stem from the disintegration of sandstones. The fields are very sloping with a south-west exposure. Vineyards are 25 years old and espaliered. Each hectare contains 3,300 vines which are cultivated in accordance with organic standards since 1994. Grapes are processed through a special technique that involves no sulfites adding.
Bioitalia wines without sulfites originated from the respect for the environment and a deep awareness of vines matter. They have a strong personality and let you feel the emotions and the smells of the place they come from.
