Organic Wheat

is a plant within the family of grasses. Common wheat is the economically most important type of wheat and is used in bread and bakery production, as well as in the production of malt, in feeding or for starch production. The organic wheat is available in feed and food grade.

Organic Spelt
(unpeeled)

is an original form of wheat and has been cultivated for several thousand years. It is undemanding to the ground and weather and very robust. Organic spelt contains a greater proportion of gluten than wheat and a nutty flavor. Thus, it is ideal for baking or for people with an allergy to wheat protein.

Organic Corn

is a plant of the sweet grasses family that was first cultivated in Mexico. Organic corn is mainly used as a fodder plant, but it also has a central importance as food.. Corn starch is used as a food and is the starting material for bioplastics, and an important fermentation raw material. Organic corn is available in feed and food grade.

Organic Rye

is a cereal from the grasses family. The cultivation is uncomplicated, because it grows well on light and sandy soils. Since it has a good cold resistance, the winter rye has a superordinate role to summer rye. The rye is primarily used as food and feed but is also popular because of its straw.

Organic Oats

are a big family of at least 25 different varieties worldwide. The oat comes from the grasses family and is a predominantly one year old summer fruit. The oats are grown mainly as food but also as feed.

Organic Barley

is one of the most important types of grain. Many varieties are unpretentious and can compete with the yields of wheat. Since the Middle Ages, barley has been valued as a high-yield cattle feed and filling food.

Our organic cereals are available from different EU and European origins.
