Our organic fresh cream cheese product line is available in plain format or in various combinations with herbs. What makes it unique is the very clean production and packaging process, which allows to preserve the shelf life period to be sufficiently long for retail distribution without the need of any artificial preservatives or additives.

Another unique feature of our products is that they can be readily frozen and unfrozen, without this to affect their physical packaging form or their nutritional and biochemical qualities. This effectively serves to prolong significantly their storage life, if necessary (for transportation purposes, for example).

We have varieties and production lines in both goat and sheep milk, with packaging targeting industrial-scale buyers, as well as the retail and restaurant channels. Furthermore, the products' dry matter can be adjusted between 34-36% to 45%, so that they can be offered in a purely spreadable format or in a denser format, with a richer taste.

A side product of our manufacturing process is also premium organic goat milk butter, which is also very rarely and uniquely available on the market.
