Jamones Gonzalez is a compnay from 1923, actually we are in the third generation and the company always belong to the Gonzalez family. Actually Carmen Gonzalez Pardo grandchild of the owner is the third generation. Using Duroc breed and our indegenious breed called Porco Celta we produce bio meat from prok and cured products like: Chorizo, Salchichon, butelo, pork belly, lacón-Pork shoulder etc. For us quality is very important that’s why we use our own farms to make sure we got best genetics in Duroc porks and have control over the almost extinguish Porco Celta
Jamones Gonzalez have cutting room, cured area and salting area. So we cover all range from fresh meat, to cured products and we can have control over all the process to make sure we get the best quality and more long live to our products.
Jamones Gonzalez is located in Lugo close to Sierra do Courel, and this is a great area to produce pork meat and cured products and very traditional and recognise in Spain from many years ago.
