Try Swedish is the official concept and trademark owned by Business Sweden (https://www.business-sweden.se/en/Trade/), The Swedish Trade and Invest Council, to promote Swedish food and beverages globally.
The Swedish pavilion is an annual tradition at BIOFACH, showcasing Swedish high-quality organic manufacturers and suppliers. For the second time we gather the Swedish companies under the Try Swedish brand at BIOFACH.
Sweden has for a long time been a pioneer of the global organic movement and Sweden is well-known for its integrated work in sustainability and constant innovation in refinement and handling processes, resulting in cutting-edge products. Sweden is also home to many global industrial leaders, many of which are at the forefront of how to sustainably produce food in an ethically justifiable way.
We call it Beyond Organic. (www.tryswedish.com/meet-us-here/sweden-is-pushing-the-boundaries-for-good-food-we-go-beyond-organic/)
In Sweden, we have always pushed the boundaries of good food. And now we are pushing the boundaries of organic. Swedish food is known for being both delicious, nutritious and sustainable. Sweden is leading the way in foodtech and innovation with its superfoods, and by developing a wide variety of lactose- and gluten- and meat-free food alternatives. It’s in the Swedish heritage to eat healthy food; the traditional diet consists of lots of fruits and berries, dark bread, whole wheat, oats, veggies, seafood and plant-based options.
Visit the Try Swedish pavilion at BIOFACH to get to know the various Swedish innovative and creative producers and suppliers on display and discover the fine quality of Swedish organic products that goes Beyond Organic.
