Nutriboty "from Seed to Shelf", essential oils and dried herbs harvested in the wild and grown from crops in our own and other small producers’ plantations.
Nutriboty and associated small farmers grow Rosemary, Lavender, Lemon grass, Vetiver, Moringa, Bushy Lippia, Rose Geraniums and Ricinus.
Wild products are harvested by groups of local people. Quotas are allocated according to the capacity and potential of the area to ensure sustainability of the ecosystems. We harvest Lemon and Globulus Eucalyptus leaves, African Basil, Mopane leaves and seeds, Baobab leaves and fruits.
In our facilities, which are equipped with modern machinery, we dry the leaves, fruits and roots, extract vegetable oil via cold pressure and extract essential oils by steam dragging and hydro distillation.
Our Microbiology and Essential Oils laboratories test and ensure the quality of all our products.
Our post processing capabilities include automated filling production lines for powders, dry leaves and oils, including labeling and expiration date marking.
