A direct interface to BioStockManager®, Food Resource Manager® and other systems is of course possible. In addition, information about the food can be displayed to outsiders / consumers (batch traceability).

Workflow Engine
After configuring the workflow according to the individual needs of your business, the system takes care of the optimal allocation of all tasks. In order to standardize the communication of several partners in the system, job lists are used for communication in the AgrarCertificationManager®. Here a status (open, in progress, closed, etc.) can be assigned. So each user will be informed about her/his duties by the system.
 
Smart Questionnaire Generator
For each task, an individual questionnaire (checklist) can be created and assigned. Due to this flexible design all kinds of food standards are easy to map:

• GLOBALG.A.P. – manufacturing, environmental, social and health standards for fruit and vegetables
• HACCP – company self-monitoring system for the consumer's protection

Digital Document Archive
With this digital archive you can always access pre-stored documents in a full traceable environment. The archive has the further advantage that all changes are traced over versions (automatic versioning).
 
B2B and B2C communications and information
Regardless which software is used, control and certification data can be imported into the AgrarCertificationManager® from different EDP systems. Even operators who have no own EDP system can be integrated into the AgrarCertificationManager® by defining access rights for these users (B2B - business to business). For outsiders the system provides information (lot traceability) about the food (B2C - Business to Customer).
 
Comprehensive Master Data Management
The AgrarCertificationManager® master data layer defines a main part of the system. Partner, contract and product data is managed hierarchically and clearly in terms of CRM (customer relationship management). As in any business, most of the master data is available electronically, fab4minds provides an interface for importing this data in order to save costs already during the implementation of the system.
 
Reporting
The AgrarCertificationManager® collects quickly large amounts of data (raw data, inspections, certifications, check lists, etc.). It is important to maintain control of this data. For this the AgrarCertificationManager® provides standard reports.

BioStockManager
