Kokoji is a young French company created in October 2015 by two plant based food enthousiats, Antoine & Carine. Kokoji products organic hand made raw vegan and gluten free snacks in the South West of France. All the ingredients are raw, non reffined and organic. Kokoji uses fresh local vegetables and fruits (excepted the bananas of course!). According to the raw food quality, the seeds are activated and the products are dehydrated under 42°C. Kokoji creates a salty range of crackers, made with flax and sesame seeds and fresh veggies, and a sweet range with buckwheat granolas without added sugar.
