Brewers Gold is a semi soft rind washed cheese which is made using Organic cows milk and washing the rind in Irish  craft beer.The result is a rich, hoppy and creamy with subtle hoppy flavours and a bright amber rind.

This Brie style cheese is made with 100% organic Irish milk,giving it a creamy golden centre and snow white rind.The pure nature of our milk produced by our grass fed cows adds some earthy tones to the rich full flavour of the cheese.

Aged up to 12 months, this Mature cheddar is made with raw organic milk, full of flavour and character. It has a creamy flavour, earthy tones,firm body and nutty aromas.

This semi hard cheddar has been matured up to 6 months,it has a very distinctive strong taste with full creamy flavour.

Our Vintage cheddar is a raw milk cheese which has been aged for up to 18 months giving it a dry crumbly texture and strong nutty taste.
