The company's objective has always been the production of the authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, in line with traditional knowledge and best practices. Under the brand "I Solai di San Giorgio", its PDO and PGI balsamic vinegars respect the highest quality standards and reflect the strong passion and long-term experience in this sector. Today the range is composd by balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, balsamic vinegar of Modena PDO, Creams based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, dressings and wine vinegars. All the products are produced without using caramel/colorant. There is also a Food Service line.
During those last years the company has also developed a complete Organic and Byodinamic (Demeter) line. The company is also certified IFS Higher level.
