Ecoagri Serbia L.L.C.
crop production, 2.114ha, warehousing and processing, hunting range, exporter to the EU and CH markets, retail packaged grains and flours, proprietary distribution....
The wider region of south-east Vojvodina in general and Bela Crkva municipality in particular is considered to be an ecologically clean areal. Water, area and soil show no significant pollution. Surface, and especially subterranean water (trapped by the local mountains) is of a high quality. Air is additionally purified by winds blowing from the south-east (Danube). Soil is traditionally well kept and even though it shows somewhat higher level of acidity, it is less leveraged by synthetic materials than in the EU. Serbia is by the power of law per definition a GMO free country.
Our managerial, professional and technical capacity is proven through an impeccable history of exports to Germany and Switzerland. Ecoagri is well equipped with production machines and an in-house maintenance center. Own storage is the only bio-certified facility in the wider region; it includes a 13.500t silo and a 1.600sqm ground storage, both concrete-built in 1980s, situated next to the railway, in proximity of a dedicated ship loading spot-on, serving our transport of grains. Our accent is on divesified farming, milling and packaging, PL cooperation and D2C distribution. Capacity for further development is outstanding.
Tradition: Since 1960
We maintain the uninterrupted corporate tradition of producing quality grains on large agricultural surfaces, storing them over lengthy periods and distributing in large shipments.
Bio/Organic Conversion Completed
The conversion was initiated in September of 2012, by turning the initial 1,000 ha into conversion. The remaining surface was added in September of 2013. Besides the national certificate, we successfully obtained the EU-Bio as well as Bio Suisse. As of season 2016, we are bio specialized and certified in all aspects, naturally including the storage function.
