Founded in Barletta in 1985, Tarallificio Ester represents the perfect fusion between tradition and technological innovation.
The company - which is currently managed by the third generation of its founding family - is first of all a great team brought together by a clear vocation: the preservation and valorisation of the Apulian gastronomic culture by realising taralli faithful to tradition, but with a proactive look at our consumers’ ever-changing requirements.
Indeed, Tarallificio Ester means not only utmost respect for Apulian tradition, but also industrial innovation starting with the selection, control and storage of high-quality raw materials to preserve the related nutritional properties in order to pack premium-quality, genuine and tasty boiled taralli.

Over the years, we have gained a considerable experience and invested in industrial technology, still keeping the traditional recipe and procedures.
