Ganda Fine Foods is a Belgian group that specializes in the production of food, in particular dried ham and goat cheese. The group (Ganda NV) consists of 5 companies: Ganda NV, Corma NV (Dry cured Ganda Ham), Le Larry NV (artisanal goat cheese), Vleeswaren Hoste NV (Delicacies of Bruges), Vasedel nv (artisanal goat cheese) and Meestershesp (dry cured ham)
Daily management is in the hands of Dirk Cornelis.
The company’s headquarters are in Destelbergen, near Ghent. This is also where the main production facility is located. Other production site are in Maldegem, Oostakker and Houffalize.
Ganda ham is air-dried from 10 to 14 months according to old Flemish tradition.
