The “Snow Fields” LLC was founded in 2004 as a wool and yarn product producer and since that year exported the wool and yarn products in the Japanese market. The “Snow Fields” LLC has in its factory the processing stations for the delivery and supply of raw wool, for their sorting, washing, coloring, spinning, weaving, design and sale. We produce final products from raw material and thereby can provide high-quality control. The “Snow Fields” LLC receives annually raw wool from our livestock farmers, with whom we are working together several years, and this wool comes delivered from goats, the same ancestry and race as the finest wool goats of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Republic of China have.
Our company works by giving the greatest attention to our product safety. Therefore, we provide high-value security.
In 2008, our weaving plant was put into operation and we weave yarn not only for our own needs but also for that of other producers. 60 percent of our products are the orders of other companies.
In 2010, we have taken a coloring plant into operation to meet quickly the needs of our customers and to produce special colors for our own needs.
The “Snow Fields” LLC is equipped with the most advanced Japanese coloring machines, the grooming brush machine, the step weaving machine, and the knitting machine.
The performance of our workers is high, and they possess the skills of traditional and modern technologies. Our knitting machine is one of the most modern and progressive machines of the Japanese company Shima Seiki, which is equipped with a computer system. Therefore, we can take from our customers the orders with a minimum order quantity in any color, number and time.
Also, the “Snow Fields” LLC does not use chemical substances in production and is one of two factories that have received a certificate “Producer of organic products”.
Our company weaves annually 86 tons of yarn and colors 34 tons of wool. We produce 100,000 Knitwear annually. Our company is one of the top 5 producers of Mongolia. 80 percent of our knitted fabrics are exported to Japan, Korea, the Russian Federation and the United States of America.
