Single Origin Arabica, cultivated on very mineral-rich volcanic soil at approx. 1,600m.
Flavour: Begins velvety and mild with a grandiose, spiced and pert finish and elegant, refined acidity.

Roast: 12-14 minutes at approx. 200°C in drum roasters.
