Thanks to its patented grinding mechanism, the Mühlomat is unrivalled in the gentle production of wholemeal flour. This innovation was awarded the Federal Prize. The mills are mainly used in the grinding of grain. However, they also effortlessly grind spices, oil press cakes or pseudo-cereals and legumes. The heart of the machine is the patented grinding mechanism with high-precision grinding discs made of hardened steel. Thanks to the grinding technology, only minimal heating of the ground material occurs during grinding at room temperature. This preserves important enzymes, aromas and ingredients. Using sieves with 0.5-5.0 mm perforations, the user can easily determine the fineness of the desired flour. In this way you get the best wholemeal flour exactly as you want it. The mill operates dust-free: the product is sucked out of the mill and conveyed to the discharge sluice where it can be removed directly. Special cleaning of the machine is not necessary, as hardly any flour residues remain in the mill due to the suction. Due to the simple operation, every employee is able to produce a good and high-quality wholemeal flour in a short time. The mill is available with an hourly capacity of 100kg to 1t and can be operated around the clock.
