Our detox soups are cooked only briefly & gently at low temperature. Afterwards they are treated with pressure (HPP-method) and are not pasteurized with heat. Thus, vitamins and nutrients remain virtually completely. Nevertheless, we can achieve a refrigerated shelf life of up to 90 days. So far, the HPP process in Germany has mainly been known for cold-pressed juices. We have now used it for soups for the first time..
Our fiber-rich detox soups can simply be consumed or are ideal for detoxing. Since gently cooked vegetables are typically easier to digest than raw vegetables, the digestive organs are relieved. At the same time, our soups provide valuable fiber, proteins, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals & Co. and that without the many fructose that is often contained in detox juices.
