Our organic raclette cheese is made from the best g.t.s..-certified hay milk. It matures for 3 months in our cheese store until it gains its aromatic to pleasantly strong flavour. It tastes wonderful on bread just by itself. In the winter you can enjoy our raclette cheese during cosy hours at home and in the summer outside as a tasty alternative from the barbecue.


WIESE 7 stands for naturally matured cheese made traditionally the Swiss way. Enjoy expertly crafted products that are made with a passion for detail from carefully selected ingredients of the highest organic quality.

During the aging process we use pasture botanicals that grow on our home meadow too. This is a selection of seven meadow herbs and grasses on which the cows from the organic farming also feed. Additionally, there are the high animal welfare standards with plenty of access to the pasture and outdoor grazing. This naturally affects the delicious flavour of our organic milk.


Our organic raclette cheese is made from g.t.s.-certified hay milk ensuring a natural and very exquisite flavour. Hay milk cows live on organic farms under appropriate animal welfare conditions with plenty of access to pasture and grazing. In the summer they receive mainly lush grass fresh from the meadow, in the winter they are fed flavour-packed hay..

The EU qaulity seal "guaranteed traditional speciality" is awarded to products that are produced traditionally, just like our organic hay milk that we use to make this yoghurt. The observance of these strict production guidelines is checked regularly.
