With no animal ingredients like gelatin and almost 27% organic cocoa, the mousse is a strong addition to the 100% vegan ARCHE dessert range. The French classic is offered in a bag for 400 ml of liquid and is prepared in no time at all. The mousse powder is simply whipped with soy cream or - optionally - with milk and whipped cream and served cool.
