Maltodextrins & Syrup Solids, sometimes also known as Dried Glucose Powders, are spray-dried white powders formed from all-natural Rice and Tapioca Syrups. These solids contribute functionality by providing sweetness, as well as body and mouthfeel without affecting the overall taste. They also make excellent bulking agents and carriers for flavourings, spices, sweeteners and pharmaceuticals.
Promising a simpler and cleaner label, whilst enabling numerous functionalities for all food and drink formulations, our solids are available in both certified Organic and Conventional variants. The Maltodextrins range from 5DE to 19DE, while our Syrup Solids range from 20DE to 45DE.
