Organic Ginseng Root:

Our organic ginseng root is continuously monitored and controlled for residue by recognized independent German laboratories.

The ginseng root is found mainly in the mountain and forest regions of Korea and China, where it has been used for over 2000 years.

The ginseng root’s scientific name is panax ginseng. Panax is derived from the Greek name Panacea who was a daughter of Asclepius, the Greek god of healing.
The word ginseng stems from the Chinese words Ren Shen and means "The power of the earth in the shape of a man." In Korea, ginseng is called "the root of life".
Ginseng contains special unique saponins which are not to be found in any other plant, and are therefore called ginsenosides. There are now over 30 different known types of ginsenosides. Furthermore, the ginseng root is also rich in minerals and vitamins.
