In conjunction with nutritional scientists, we developed our recipe for potato juice using premium, raw organic potatoes. Organic farmers from the region supply our factory on the south shore of Lake Constance with freshly harvested potatoes. Organic farming and short supply routes boast two advantages: they’re good for the environment, and the potatoes can be processed fresh. With no artificial additives, finest organic potatoes are lovingly pressed to produce natural juice which is then enhanced with fennel. Produced in this manner, this juice, made from premium organic vegetables, is particularly mild and delightful.
