JACKY F. - it's getting sweet now! Dried sweet and ripe Jackfruit is delicious as a snack, in granola, in smoothie or even for baking. They add an exotic touch to any dish.
JACKY F. Organic Jackfruit - The Original
With JACKY F. we were the first company to bring the young organic jackfruit to Europe in 2016 as a new vegan alternative. Whether canned or in a jar, the young jackfruit is still our main product. It is perfect for a conscious, modern diet as it naturally has a fibrous consistency reminiscent of chicken or tuna. Without artificial additives or a long list of ingredients, the young jackfruit is therefore the ideal natural alternative to meat. Versatile in use, it not only becomes a classic meat substitute, but JACKY F.'s aim is to establish Jackfruit as a holistic and independent food.
Savory and sweet!
Since then, we have expanded our product range around Jackfruit. In addition to other innovative products with the young fruit - such as our savory jackfruit salads - we have also added the ripe, sweet jackfruit to our range. It is suitable as a healthy, high-energy snack, as an ingredient in granola bowls, smoothies or even baking.
We focus on organic farming & sustainability
Through our extensive knowledge and experience, we have established ourselves as Jackfruit experts and continue to convince with the best quality on the market, 100% organic quality and a sustainable and social supply chain. With JACKY F. we focus on sustainable management and are committed to the promotion of organic agriculture in the country of origin, Sri Lanka. Therefore we are working together with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in a project in the north of Sri Lanka.
