Happy Cheeze GmbH was a matter of heart, right from the start: Founded in 2012 by Dr. Mudar Mannah, the young company pursues the goal of creating plant based products to everyone.
Through innovative production processes and product creations based on fermented organic cashew, the company has concentrated on vegan cheese alternatives right from the start. In 2018, further cashew-based milk alternatives (Buddha drinks and Cashewgurt) were added. Thanks to its own production in the small, northern German port of Cuxhaven, Happy Cheeze GmbH is able to act quickly and flexibly, and thus always surprises with new seasonal creations.
