Mit dem neuen Eis wird Lycka zeigen, dass man mit veganem Eis nichts an Genuss einbüßen muss.
Jeder Becher Eis ermöglicht eine Schulmahlzeit für ein Kind derzeit in einem gemeinsamen Projekt mit der Welthungerhilfe in Malawi.

This is the idea of purefood. For every sold product, the company supports social projects in developing countries. Until today purefood has provided over 1,7 Million school lunches to children in Burundi & Mali.
Since 2014 the purefood GmbH develops, produces and markets organic food with a social cause. purefood has established two brands: Lycka stands for delicious, all natural, clean label food products in various categories (coffee, snacks, (vegan) ice-cream). The brand STARK stands for functional food without compromises, including protein porridge and protein ice-cream.
Our social cause
We started purefood to leverage consumerism to do good. We are producing our products because we see consumerism as a lever to help those most disadvantaged in society. Therefore we have linked the sale of each individual product to a social cause and by buying and enjoying our products you automatically support people in need. For our brand Lycka we are supporting an infrastructure project in Burundi, providing school lunches to over 1500 children every day. For our functional food brand STARK we are supporting a football school for peace in Central Africa.

We are long-term partners to our suppliers, aiming for long-term relationships on a high level of trust and transparency. We are IFS certified and are working hard to ensure social responsibility throughout our supply chain. This starts with the sourcing of ingredients and ends with the relationship to our customers. x
100% natural and organic- no compromises on ingredients or quality
Our ingredient lists are short, clean and understandable. All of our ingredients are organic. If you do not know it, we likely will not use it. In your own kitchen you would not use strange additives so why should we ? So we do not and will never use artificial flavours or anything else that is not natural. And by natural we mean “grows in nature”. Our blueberry ice-cream for example has over 20% real blueberries. So you can dig in with a good conscience.
