A craftmade product, obtained through a slow, cold soaking process using Redoro Organic 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The soaking time varies according to the temperature and himidity of the flavour being infused and is determined by an expert. The filtering process is conduted using proper filters and a free fall technique rather than mechanical pressure. Available in four unique flavours:
- Chili Pepper and Garlic - Ideal on vegetable soup, legumes, salad, boiled meat and pasta.
- Basil - Ideal over plain spaghetti, pizza and small tomatoes.
- Lemon - Ideal over fish and grilled meat.
- Rosemary - Ideal on grilled meat and fish and boiled or roasted potatoes
