ALTALANGA is a farm founded in 2013 thanks to the passion and interest of an old man. The project is very innovative: we only use organic farming, with certified products for agriculture, and we directly transform our hazelnuts in our laboratory, using exclusively certified high quality raw materials.
ALTALANGA’s hazels are located on the hills of Alta Langa, in Piedmont, at an elevation of 500 – 600 metres above the sea level, in these villages: Cerretto Langhe, Serravalle Langhe, Feisoglio, Trezzo Tinella and Rodello.
Our hazelnut “Tonda Gentile delle Lnaghe” is truly “the best in the world” and it is a high-quality product, thanks to the particular composition of the soil, the microclimate, the ventilation and the natural drying in the sun.
