In 2015, we became the first organic chocolate maker to master the roasting of cocoa beans in France. With this new traditional know-how, we developed a unique range of 6 single origin tablets with cocoa content varying from 70% to 100%. This range offers a gourmet trip around the world to discover varied soils with subtle and delicate flavors.
In 2017, we settled a partnership with an organic cocoa bean plantation from Dominican Republic working in agroforestry principles. Since then, we have been more and more engaged with cocoa farmers. In Cameroon, a new story has started in a village where we will help the cocoa farmers to convert their plantations in organic farming. Another project is taking shape in Mexico, cradle of the cocoa history.
