Our roots are in Nola, a small village near Naples. Since 1967 we are in Berlin until today. We love Neapolitan Pizza. First at our Ristorante Giannini and then at the Football World Cup 2006 in Berlin for thousands of fans. Our pizzas were, according to the critics, "for many the best". With this motivation we started in summer 2007 our first manufactory on 100 m2. Classic’s & BIO products. We promise and deliver Neapolitan pizza tradition: with the right and unique ingredients, with secrets of pizza art from Nola, all supported by Northern Italian machines that can finish 10,000 dough pieces and 6,000 pizzas per hour in excellent quality. In 2015, we expanded to 900 m2 and invested 1.4 million euros. Our BIO-certified products will soon generate more than 50 percent of our revenue. We also do that with complete passion.
