Molche is a word from the Trentino dialect used only in alto Garda in the areas of Riva, Arco, Torbole and Tenno.
Molche are a solid residue from the processing of olive oil, made with the skins and the pulp of the olives, without stones produced only with fruits cultivated in this area of Trentino.
The most northern area of the world where extra virgin olive oil is produced.
