The fruit is packed with vitamins B and C, antioxidants, Omega-3 and Omega-6, and is an excellent source of fiber. All of our pitahayas are 100% natural, without preservatives or added sugar and only the best and ripest fruit is selected for our frozen puree. Once the fruit is harvested, the pitahayas are cleaned, cut, and run through a 0.3mm screen size. The product is then packed and frozen.
The puree is produced under the strictest manufacturing conditions (FSSC22000) in order to ensure maximum quality, flavor, and texture.
