Coconut puree is processed from young coconuts, which are cut by hand and then processed through a pulper with a 1.5 mm screen. The puree then goes through a thermal pasteurization process, before being cooled, filled and frozen. The puree has no added sugar, preservatives, sulfur, or additives.
The puree is produced under the strictest manufacturing conditions (FSSC22000) in order to ensure maximum quality, flavor, and texture. Our coconut puree is always organic and pasteurized, offered in a variety of presentations (60 bags x 100g Food Service Case, 15 x 4 bags x 100g Retail Case, and 17kg Pail).
