All products of the Quinua Real® brand are fair trade and are certified as gluten-free and vegan. They are made with a superior variety of quinoa called royal quinoa, which is grown exclusively in the areas around the salt flats of Uyuni and Coipasa in Bolivia, at more than 3,600 meters of altitude. The association responsible for its production is ANAPQUI (National Association of Producers of Quinoa), a non-profit organization that invests the benefits of exports of this pseudocereal to improve the conditions of farmers in the area.
