We make ice cream with three different bases: fresh free grazing cow milk, water sorbets and organic natural tiger nut milk base. All our ice cream flavours are gluten free, without preservatives, artificial colours or aromas.
All the ingredients employed are of the highest quality and organic certified. In addition, the ice cream with tiger nut milk base and water sorbets are lactose free and vegan.
Tiger nut milk base ice cream: tiger nut, meringue tiger nut milk, Jijona nougat (almond and honey), coconut, tutti frutti, pitahaya and açaí.
Ice cream based on fresh milk: chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, stracciatella, pistachio, yogurt and coffee.
Water based ice cream: dark chocolate, mango, lemon, strawberry and raspberry.
