It is believed that is has antimicrobial properties and its juice is often recommended as a diuretic, expectorant, and to suppress cough.
The Granadilla, a close relative of the Passion Fruit has also been blessed by the Andes highlands climate conditions, this time by developing a delicious sweet pulp with extraordinary health properties.
