You require only the following fresh ingredients:
VEGAN: 270 ml oat drink
HIGH PROTEIN: 2 eggs & 170 ml milk
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 150°C using the fan-assisted mode. Grease a loaf tin (25 cm). Put the baking mixture and the fresh ingredients (depending on your preference) into a large bowl and, using a mixer, blend to a smooth consistency. Transfer the mixture into the tin and bake for approx. 40 minutes (if using eggs) or 50 minutes (vegan version).
Tipp: For a delicious, sugar-free frosting, try out borchers erythritol mixed with a little lemon juice.
Variation: The baking mix can be used to make 9 muffins.
