Our classic mayonnaise is seasoned with a pinch of gourmet seaweed mustard from Nordisk Tang (Nordic Seaweed). The mustard is organically grown on the Danish island of Endelave and features the addition of sugar kelp, which has a beautiful golden amber colour and a sweet taste. With its umami taste, the sugar kelp acts as a flavor enhancer that lends freshness to the rich mayonnaise. The mayonnaise is superb in an egg salad sandwich.
