Our TVP-products are available as either granulates or chunks differing in sizes and properties dependent on process and composition. The products are based on pea and faba bean proteins and have a fibrous structure. They are well suited for many vegan and vegetarian dishes and also as meat extenders.
The products are obtained by dry texturization of plant proteins fractionated by air classification which means no water and no chemicals. They are available in dry form and must be rehydrated for further processing.
All products are organic, soy free, gluten free, allergen free.
