- early harvest from green, unripe olives
250 ml bottle, harvest October/ November 2019

- Cold-pressed olive oil (<27 ° C)

- Medium fruity, medium spicy, harmonious taste without bitter notes.

- 100% Koroneiki olives

- Particularly high polyphenol content due to early harvest.

- raw food quality; First class - made directly from olives and exclusively with mechanical processes.

- In the case of bio-cyclic olive oil, the peculiarities of the largely intact ecosystems of Greece are taken into account.

- The olive pomace resulting from the oil pressing is processed together with olive leaves and branches into compost and, after appropriate ripening, is again applied to the olive groves.

- Preservation of smallholder family businesses in ecologically sensitive cultivation regions in Greece.

- In the olive groves, targeted measures are taken to conserve biodiversity. The planting of different tree species or the gentle tillage only after the wild and medicinal herbs growing under and between the trees, which are jointly responsible for the aroma of the olive oil, are examples of the cultivation process, which is very conscious of the reactivation of soil life and the self-healing powers of nature.

- Bio-cyclically produced olive oil is always bottled as a "single farm product" (single farm bottling), i.e. it does not come onto the market together with batches from other producers.
