Straw yellow in color with hints of gold. Complex in smell, it is of strong intensity caracterized by citrus and floral notes. The taste is complex and well structured, highly aromatic with a touch of vanilla. A slightly bitter final note completes the experience.
Vinification and refinement:
Destalking of the grapes and vinification in hyper-reduction with cryomaceration at a temperature of 8°C for 16 hours. Static decantation and fermentation at 13° C for 20 days. Refinement of 100% of the product in barrels of French Oak for 6 months
