The Berlin-based company BINU offers natural cosmetics that are rich in active ingredients from Korea, such as bamboo charcoal or red ginseng. Co-founder Nami Fündling was born in Korea and came to Berlin at the age of fifteen. There she met her friend and future business partner Katharina Bürger. They are united by their joint enjoyment and love for natural cosmetics. With BINU, both friends follow their passion after years of formulation and preparations. BINU represents simple, pure and natural skincare products.
The handmade soaps are cold-processed in the family-owned manufacture. It is located in the Daymyang-region, where Nami's parents Younghee and Dirk live. They are leading producers for hight-quality bees wax candles and handmade facial soaps. These natural soaps are made in ten careful working steps and subsequently dry for six weeks before they are wrapped in wax paper and shipped to Europe.
