Action: The alkaline bath salt causes an alkaline pH value of the bath water of approximately 8.5 to 9.0 and thus encourages excretion of acids and metabolic waste products through the skin.

Dosage: 3 tablespoons for a full-size bath, 1 tablespoon for a hip bath and a baby bath, 1 tablespoon for a foot bath.

Use: Eminently suitable for full-size baths, hip baths, foot and hand baths. Recommended bath temperature: 36 to 37.5 °C

Bathing time: at least 30 minutes, ideally 45 to 60 minutes and longer.

Ingredients: sea salt, sodium bicarbonate, soda, Himalayan salt, natural minerals, aquamarine, rock crystal, rose quartz.

Note: After use, immediately replace the lid on your alkaline bath salts.
