FINigrana Original Aleppo Soaps

This manufacturing process spread out from Syria first to Europ, later to the other continents. Till today soapcooking technique used oliveoil, as main component, cooked it with sodium hydroxid solution/sode lye, so long as olivenoil completely is changed into glycerin and it's sodium salt. Before finish of saponification precious laureloil is added. After cool down of soap is cutted by hand into wellkown cubes, stamped with quality and prodcuers name and till final maturity, stacked, dried and stored in well-aerated rooms 9 months. On surface it delvelops ocher-colour patina on surface of Aleppo soap, inside of soap remained olive green colouring. So high compressed soap essence originates, which can be kept for decades by dry storage without losing quality.

Olivenoil is made from fruits of olivetree and is one of the oldest cultivated and useful plants. Olivetrees are evergreen plants with narrow, lancet-shaped, shiney- green leaves topside. On the leaf undersurface are fine, silvery, starlike shed, so-called “STARHAIR", which protect foliage against dehydration, whilst these retrap escaping humidity and give it back to the leaves! A comparable effect takes place in use of Olive Soap on human skin. Moisturizing Oliveoil, cleanses, nourishes and cares skin, without irritation or drying out. Self adjusting skin function becomes animated and promotes their regreasing. It forms a protecting layer and skin can breathe and sweat. That’s the reason, why we’ve selected the STAR HAIR as Logo Sign for the wonderful care attributes and qualities of our FINigrana Aleppo Soaps, appear and visible on each single packing.
