Sophia Hoffmann lives as a chef, author and activist in Berlin. In addition to her vegan cooking, she is committed to environmental protection, sustainability and feminism and works as a speaker, consultant and ambassador in these areas. Her creative vegan recipes impress with regional seasonal cuisine and the extraordinary luminosity of natural ingredients. Her current book "Zero Waste Kitchen" is dedicated to the topic of food value assessment and is aimed at all those who want to deepen their knowledge about sustainable lifestyles and the reduction of animal products in a playful way.
