The BIOFACH / VIVANESS app as a personal event companion for the exhibition
"All content available as an app". By downloading the "BIOFACH / VIVANESS" app and logging in on your smartphone with your existing login data, you as a participant always have all the content of the platform with you. When visiting the trade fair you can easily call up your own compiled agenda, including arranged appointments, at any time. The chat and video call function means you can be reached wherever you are, and the list of participating axhibitors, including products, as well as important information and FAQs about the trade fair are always available. It is best to download and set up the app befor the start of the trade fair.
A better exhibition experience with the app
Use the hall plan - keep an overview
The digital hall plan can be accessed both in the BIOFACH / VIVANESS app and in the desktop version via the "map" tab. It creates a good overview of the exhibitor stands and provides orientation for the participant. In addition, all exhibitor profiles as well as their contact people can be viewed directly via the hall plan with just one click on the company logo.
Use exhibitor & product search - save time
The "products" tab in the app or desktiop version of the platform receives a list of all products created by exhibitors that will be presented at the trade fair. The search field makes it quick and easy to find suitable products or solutions, directly showing the associated exhibitor information, stand numbers and contact details. Simply enter the search term and find the right product in the search results. If required, you can mark products as favorites and always have the list of your favorite products with you on your smartphone. This way, you can use the app on site to act in a targeted manner and save time.
Appointment booking - virtual and on site at the matchmaking area
As a registered user, one can arrange meeting with other participants (exhibitors or visitors) on the platform. With the function that enables appointment requests to be sent, appointments can be organized both on site at specific meeting points and virtually via video call. An overview of one's booked appointments can be found in one's own calendar on the platform or the app. Suitable for getting well prepared for a trade fair visit and booking appointments with relevant participants in advance.
Selected events - live and on demand
The agenda on the platform contains all scheduled presentations that will take place during the days of the trade fair. Registration on the platform allows users to watch live broadcasts form the exhibition halls during the days of the events, regardless of where they are attending the trade fair from. After the event, video recordings of selected presentations are available to users on the platform and in the app. This means that they will no longer miss any interesting presentations.
