BIOFACH 2020: New special show on “Water”
A topic of the utmost current concern will be the subject of special attention at BIOFACH, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, at its next event on 12-15 February 2020, which will include the special exhibition “All about water – is the basis of all life endangered?”. Water is an essential foodstuff for everyone, and access to clean water is a basic human right. But at the same time, water is under threat everywhere. The new special show at BIOFACH will therefore take a detailed look at this subject, which is highly relevant to the future of nutrition overall, in the form of table-tops, showcases and presentations. The following focal points are planned: “Purity under threat: the challenge of water pollution”, “Maintaining the basic preconditions for life: opportunities and challenges of a collective commitment to water protection”, and “Water as a foodstuff: a contemporary look at quality”.
